1. Page 2, Table of Contents: Add the following entry:

2. Page 3: Parts list, fourth row from top, change the quantity of E530019 from 39 to 38.

3. Page 4: Add to the parts list:

4. Page 4: Second item, “U2”, delete “or LT1039”. (LT1039 is not pin-compatible with the MAX1406).

5. Page 6: In the fifth step, change “three” to “two” so the step reads “Install the two remaining…” and

delete C7 from the list.

6. Page 6: Add the following new step after the fifth step:

Install C7, 0.001 µF (102), 0.1” (2.5mm) lead spacing on the top side of the PCB.

7. Page 17, Figure 6: Add the following note to the figure:

NOTE: To prepare cables to connect the KCR2 to an Elecraft K3, see page 26. The DB15

connector required by the K3 is included with your kit.

8. Page 26: Attach the following to page 26 in a way that does not prevent reading the existing text.

KRC2 Operation with an Elecraft K3

Wire the cable as follows for use with the K3. These connections provide band switching

functions only. See Rig-Specific Setup / Elecraft K3 on page 23 for more information:
